Mexican President, Enrique Pena Nieto & Secretary of National Defense, General Salvador Cienfuegos Zepeda have issued a state of emergency in the Mexican states of Jalisco & Guerrero, in response to heavy violence in both areas. Residents have been given an 8pm curfew, anyone out after this time will be apprehended by police or military forces and questioned.
