"The Jalisco cartel wants to
publicly announce that it has indeed poisoned around 1000 American marines in
the region of Guerra. These troops were illegally stationed in a country,
violating its sovereignty and putting the Mexican people at risk. We will not
tolerate any more incursions; we will not accept any more threats. If the
Yankees cross rio grande, they won’t be making it back. You have been warned."
