Three American College Students Raped In Tijuana

Tijuana, Mexico

Three female Stanford students were reportedly raped in Tijuana by drug cartels in the region. They have been admitted to Hospital Angeles, with all three being admitted to ICU.

The women are graduate students at Stanford studying the drug cartels and were visiting Tijuana conducting research when they were ambushed by cartel members. They were then taken to a building owned by the cartels for three days where they were repeatedly beaten and raped.

At this time, the Mexican Federal Police, the Mexican government, and the American government have yet to release a statement.
