American college students are raped in Tijuana; Mexican authorities want to send some flowers and the US just doesn’t give any fucks

3 American graduate students from Stanford were kidnapped and raped in Tijuana while conducting research on the drug war and movement of drug traffickers in Mexico. In response, the Mexican government has decided to send some flowers, while the US hasn’t said a word about the assaults.

Thanks, Mexico! I’m sure being raped and beaten is just a minor boo boo. The US and Mexican governments are too busy planning how to further screw over regular American and Mexican citizens in a miserably failing drug war to give any fucks about the safety of women.

Both states are failing miserably to address the fact that this RAPE and not just violence. The US has avoided using this word, probably because no fucks are given when US women here are raped.

Instead of giving flowers, the Secretary of the Interior should get off of his chauvinistic idiotic ass and make his country safe for his female citizens. Flowers will not appease rape victims and both the US and Mexico should be ashamed.
