Cartel leaders from Tijuana and the Gulf have been lacking from their duties as cartel leaders, says cartel members. At a recent gathering of cartel leaders, which oddly enough evaded the Mexican and American government officials, cartel members of Tijuana and Gulf cartels stated “It was amazing to see our fearless leader care more about helping with their children’s homework than the meeting.”
Perhaps this is an indication that the cartels are losing their grasp of power in the region.
